「My friend and I booked the family room because it stated that there was a double bed and a queen bed. It turned out that the double was a pull out couch, which we weren’t expecting. It was also too hot from the heatwave and the AC didn’t reach the upstairs bed. Thankfully, the front desk was understanding and able to get us another room. The place is clean and quiet.」

「As you know I book our travels through Expedia regularly. This was the worst, and the only dreadful experience we have ever had. Check in at the “check in centre” was dreadful, slow and not as expected. We expected to be staying close to the sea, as we had when we visited last year, but our accommodation was several miles inland and very very disappointing. We didn’t see any staff and didn’t get any breakfast. Very expensive for an absolutely dreadful stay. We hope we get a significant...
