It is not a 4 star property, barely 2 star maybe. Old room, carpet smelled bad, mold in the shower, sparse amenities. Breakfast bufet was a joke. Front desk personnel was rude, except for the Venezuelan girl.

Servicio de recepcion maravilloso, hotel cómodo en el centro bien conservado La limpieza pésima, es la primera vez que no nos limpian la habitación tras mucho viajar y más en hotel 4 estrellas. Según su protocolo de no entrar a limpiar si ven luz de ocupado sin haber puesto cartel de no molestar ni llamar para preguntar Además al llegar nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación por sabanas mal lavadas y cisterna sucia a otra sin jabones, con basura en el baño y pelos blancos en el secador, o sea servicio limpieza pésimo

La televisión no se veía solo se escuchaba supongo que debido a que son aparatos viejos que no captan la imagen en hd. Las chicas de recepción son muy amables. Mi habitación no tenía nevera. El agua de la ducha no salía con mucha presión
