"Beach was clean but you can tell the hotel needs some up keep. Rooms do not have a true balcony which is what I really wanted & 2 elevators were down while we were there."

"We've stayed here before and loved it but this time was kind of a disappointment. When we arrived we arrived late and unpacked the car and got up to our original room and there was no air at all. It wouldn't us change the temp from high and after driving all day and the front office sent someone up to look at it and they said we will fix it tomorrow. Ummmm no. We arent staying in this room overnight with that temp. I loved that took it had a huge vanity in the bathroom. The staff was great through all of it and we're very accommodating to find us another room but when we got up too the next room we were ready to lay down and the keys didn't work so I had to go back downstairs to get them reprogramed. Finally got to our room and the bed wasn't as comfy as the first one and the layout was completely different. A much smaller vanity. The next morning, they offer free breakfast which is great because I was looking forward to their fresh pancakes which are made perfectly from the machine that you pusha button. However the breakfast room air was off and it was packed out and the thermostat was set to 84. When I mentioned it to the staff at the front desk, they said yeah we know. So we decided instead of being packed in a sweat box eating breakfast we grabbed bfast. We will probally stay again because we like the location however I would like to see the hotel make some renovations and especially getting a "Best Western Plus" the pool and balcony in the room were the best part"

"Staff was nice and tried to help. Amenities far below subpar. Had to wait nearly 4 hours past check in time for a room. When given a room, keypad wouldn't work. Housekeeping attemped to help unsuccessfully. Maintenance not on site, woth ETA of "at least 1 hour". "

"Beach view was amazing, pool was clean, property was clean. Hard to get housekeeping to give towels and wash cloths. Housekeeping never came inside the room and gathered the trash, had to beg them for large bags to get our trash out of our room. "
