"The cottages are nice, spacious and well equipped, virtually all have waterfront views and parking outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are good, with swimming pool and a small gym, alongside a small shop and "crazy fries" takeaway. It's 5 minutes drive to the nearest train station which is 2 stops to Amsterdam Central. Issues are we were arriving later, after reception closed at 5pm and the key access instructions email came very late (by 4pm UK time we still didn't have...

"We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. "Cozy and comfy houseboat with everything you need. The owner was very accommodating and maintained communication to you ensure we enjoyed our stay. We arrived on a Thursday and our first night was relaxing. However, party goers from Friday night lead to a 2am awakening to yelling and screaming on Saturday morning. We would still return here next time we're in Amsterdam."

"I stayed with 2 of my friends in this cute little boat. We had an amazing time where it was walking distance from the centre. Although there is no running water the host was very friendly and accomodate for us and always made sure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend if you want to stay on an affordable boat in the canals of Amsterdam!!"
