「Rooms are clean and staff is very profesional. Good african food too.」

「Nice place. Great location. 」

「Very quiet, and confortable. But, no hot water of shower. Wi-Fi was OK.」

「'The boss' and the other male at reception were welcoming. However the other staff members were not. Iam English speaking I feel they could have tried even a smile. Wifi and aircon good Its safe there is security at night. Feel they should have cleaned my room once in the 4 days I stayed there. That they provide free shuttle should be taken down from travel sites because you pay 5000xfo each way.」

「Yes, room was extremely clean, the staff were very courteous, breakfast that was included was freshley prepared.」

「The rooms were big and clean, breakfast was delicious, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a blast there, and I would definitely stay there again. 」

「Dear Management On April 17, 2025, through your online booking link,  I made a reservation and paid with my Mastercard for a hotel room at Residence Yipene in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso from April April 28 - May 4, 2025. Upon arrival in Burkina Faso, I was shocked that there was no such a hotel as advertised on booking site. The building was not in use.  I had to make other arrangements for my stay. I am therefore requesting a full refund of my paid reservation in the amount of 208,26 € Please...
