"Our family stayed for a week in two rooms. The staff themselves are genuinely nice, helpful peopleāthey carried our heavy bags up and down the stairs without hesitation, always smiled, and verbally wanted to help. That warmth is the only reason this isnāt a 1-star review.
But unfortunately, good intentions donāt fix broken systems.
