Very friendly staff. They let me check in early and were welcoming and helpful in every interaction.

We stayed in an 'annex' across the road from the main hotel. Whilst the entrance to the annex felt very uninviting, the room itself was perfectly acceptable. We had booked for 3 adults - there was a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and a small outside area which suited the one of us who is a smoker! The air conditioning was very welcome because there was a heatwave, nearing 40C. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate if not too elaborate. Would recommend and would stay there again. The location was good.

Room clean but very warm. Some works were ongoing but caused little disruption. Will stay again.

I took the shuttle from BRU airport to the hotel, but shuttle pick-up location was a bit difficult to find at the airport due to construction. I tried to call hotel reception for instruction but couldn't get through on the phone until the 3rd try. The hotel room was clean; the welcome drink and the apple basket were a nice touch. In-room toiletries were well supplied. The minifridge was empty, likely given the type of customers that come through. The shuttle/taxi back to the airport was pre-booked, but it was confusing as many travellers were all leaving at the same time, in different taxis. As a single traveller, it wasn't clear which taxi I should join. It all worked out in the end.

It’s a very centric hotel, you can go everywhere on walking distance!! The hotel was a awesome and dope decor!! Wish the room was cooler even after putting the A/C on high all night.
