「Ehrlich gesagt hat es schon schlecht angefangen. Total unorganisiert. Vor Ort wird mehr Geld verlangt als ausgeschrieben. Der Service von Bellvilla ist eine Katastrophe. Ich war über 20 Minuten lang am Telefon, um dann am Ende zu erfahren, dass ich ne Mail schreiben soll. Lächerlich! Wenn man reißt, sollte man dem Reiseanbieter vertrauen können.」

"部屋は静かで狭くなく、穏やかに過ごせました。壁面に(女性が歩いている)絵が描かれているのもおしゃれな感じ、特に部屋の居心地には影響はなかった。1点挙げるとすれば、ベッドの頭側の壁に手形らしい跡が数カ所あり、それもアートなのか、それとも清掃員？前の客？の手の脂が消えなかったのか、ちょっと気になりました。"
