The room was very nice and clean it seems like new and restaurant shopping mall parliament are near to this suites but the main problem is homeless people are around the street which doesn’t feel safe.

Coatrack was unstable. No coathangers. Lots of street noise, maybe due to temporary AC arrangement.Room was clean. Overall good location and good value.

Staff were nice to speak to, however room had a terrible odor in the air. The air conditioning was not able to coll the room, and no fans available for use. We ended up keeping and canceling. Going somewhere else

room could use a good cleaning; we were short a towel they said they would bring one but didn't so later we seen cleaning lady in hall and she had no problem giving us one. great location for byword market parking was a bit challenging so be prepared be aware there are a lot of homeless people in area

Challenging access. Loud industrial noises from outside the window. Very loud and disruptive other guests, which was challenging because there were no on-site staff. Homeless/vulnerable people on the front steps. Would not recommend. Room itself was fine/clean, with controllable temperature.

We booked this suite for its location near the Bytown Market not realizing it was not a hotel. We opened a door on the street with a passcode and were confronted by a steep staircase. It took several trips to get our four bags to the top where we faced a second set of stairs. Then the challenge opening the room with a second passcode. The furnishings were minimal. A rickety chest of drawers, a bed, a fridge and stove. Not even a closet or hook to hang your clothes.

L’hébergement est propre, central et bien utile. Cependant le quartier est rempli de sans abris et certains traînent parfois devant la porte barrée en bas. Quelqu’un s’est même introduit dans ma voiture stationnée au garage plus loin pour voler un vieil imperméable sans valeur. La suite c’est bien dans l’ensemble mais je vous recommande d’éviter ce secteur.
