The hotel was right in the middle of the city. It was very close to the parliament building which was our main purpose of the stay. Easy check in and out. Well kept property. The only downside is it didn’t have a microwave for heating snacks for the kids.

It is only valet parking but they were quick in bringing the car up when needed. We were in and out multiple times a day and there was never an issue.

Staff was lovely, gym was in great condition. Restaurant was very good as well. The shower head in my room was broken it didn’t stay up in the bar or facing up. Unfortunately I didn’t know this until I used it and changing rooms wasn’t an option. I let the front desk know and he took us very seriously and apologized.

The Sheraton Ottawa is conveniently located to downtown Ottawa, Parliament Hill and similar sites. The staff were friendly & helpful.

Staff were great but property is in dire need of renovation. In our room the heater was so loud that it woke us up when it came on. As well, next time in Ottawa we will stay in a more conveniently located hotel - other Bonvoy properties are better.

Location is great, only a 10 minute walk to Rideau Centre and all the restaurants and bars in the Byward Market area. Our room was spacious and comfortable and overall very quiet. The front desk clerk we checked in with and spoke to on our second night I believe her name was Pam was really great. She's a treasure, so protect her. Very warm and helpful, which honestly has become a rarity in the hospitality field. Overall a good weekend and we'd stay here again.

Staff were warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean.Complimentary bottled water. Central location to Ottawa’s tourist spots including Parliament Hill. We will come back again to the Sheraton!
