"The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. "Nice accommodation, albeit a little tired in places. However, you've everything you need and everything worked without issue. Lots of activities on for younger children if you want to make use of the kids club. Having reserved loungers etc on the beach was worthwhile having included in the price. ..."
