We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. First thing u need to know is the 3rd bedroom downstairs has a single bed. This threw things out for us as our youngest didn't want to sleep downstairs on her own, so our giant teenager had to have a single bed while the younger child had a double bed all to themselves. Knowing the layout would have changed my decision. The downstairs of the villa was freezing, the air con wasn't working properly. How a property doesn't have proper heating in the NZ winter is beyond me. We asked for it to be fixed, they brought over some small heaters. That warmed it up, housekeeping them took them away the following day. Housekeeping was so hit and miss. Some days they replaced a couple of towels, others all, other just took out the rubbish etc. Kitchen not properly stocked made it hard to cook. Villa 53 car park is not in front of the unit. Such a bizarre set up.

ホテルスタッフは皆親切。部屋は毎日時間をかけて掃除してくれます。快適でした。次回来たときはまたこのホテルにします。

空港が近いので飛行機の音が時々するが、それ以外は静かないい景色の中で滞在できた。基本的にキャンプ場なので車の無い旅行者はお店が遠くて苦労した。それ以外はキッチン設備も整っているし、デロンギのネスプレッソマシーンも活用させてもらったし、快適だった。

部屋のデッキから湖が眺められる。比較的にホテル代の高いQueenstownで、中心部から徒歩圏内の立地も含めて、コスパは良い。ただし荷物が多いと上り坂を15分上がるのは厳しい。バスで来る場合にはQueenstown終点まで行かずに手前で降りるのが良い。
