Our stay was reasonable, but unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations for the price of $309 per night. On arrival, there was no TV remote in the room, so we had to call reception to have one brought up. The king bed was actually two single beds pushed together, and the ridge down the middle made it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows were very flat, and the bedding was light, with no extra blanket provided, making the room feel cold overnight. We were also unable to open the Venetian blinds because the control rod had come loose and was positioned too high to reach or reattach. While the staff were helpful when contacted, the overall condition and comfort of the room were disappointing given the nightly rate. A few maintenance issues and better quality bedding would make a significant difference.

This is the best place to stay in Queenstown! My third stay here and it did not disappoint. The turndown service was just perfect! The little treats left on the bed were a lovely touch. The juice and treats in the morning and wine and cheese in the afternoon was just amazing. I will be returning next month and can’t wait. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you very much

Really cute boutique hotel in a fantastic central location, with very short walk to centre of town. Loved all the little additions, including complimentary happy hour in front of the fire. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment is amazing! great views. The lounge, kitchen are very roomy and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to town. Unfortunately the beds have a very basic mattress, with a tired mattress topper/protector. It was so uncomfortable that i was at risk of getting a pressure sore on my hip and Im a normal sized 10 woman. For the caliber of appartment and price, the bed quality did not live up to any standard.
