On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. Ok, mit Verbesserungspotential

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um eine einfach ausgestattete saubere Ferienwohnung, bei der man mit wenig Ansprüchen einen guten Urlaub verbringen kann. Leider fehlte uns hier etwas der maritime Flair, die Einrichtung wirkte recht einfach. Hier könnte man die Wohnung mit einfachen gestalterischen Mitteln noch deutlich aufwerten. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass man für die Waschmaschine nichts extra bezahlen musste. WLAN wäre in der Preisklasse noch wünschenswert. Da genügend WLANs in der Umgebung angezeigt wurden, scheint es am grundsätzlichen fehlenden DSL-Ausbau nicht zu liegen. Normalerweise würden wir hierfür 4 von 5 Punkten vergeben. Leider gibt es noch weitere erwähnenswerte Punkte, weshalb wir nur 3 von 5 Punkten vergeben. Der Empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe war recht wortkarg und wirkte daher etwas unfreundlich. Bettwäsche war bei unserer Buchung mit dabei. Allerdings hatten die Kopfkissen andere Maße als die Bettwäsche. Wenn man schon beides zur Verfügung stellt, dann sollte es auch stimmig sein. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr einfach gehalten – so gab es beispielsweise auch genau nur 4 Teelöffel. Für den recyclebaren Abfall wurden ein gelbe Tüten bereitgestellt. Allerdings gab es nur einen Mülleimer insgesamt für alles. Soll man den gelben Beutel also an die Türklinke hängen? Kann man machen, schaut dann aber nicht mehr so schön aus. Wünschenswert wäre auch eine Info-Mappe zu den örtlichen Gegebenheiten. Ist zwar kein Muß, wäre aber ganz nett und ist eigentlich in einer Ferienwohnung Standard. Besonders negativ für uns waren die Baumaßnahmen an 2 von 7 Tagen. Das Hämmern, Sägen etc. am/im Haus beeinträchtigten den Erholungsfaktor schon massiv. Solche Maßnahmen kann man in die Nebenzeit verlagern, aber nicht in die Hauptsaison. Das wäre eigentlich noch einen Punkt Abzug wert – aber wir gehen mal davon aus, dass wir einfach nur Pech hatten und dies nicht regelmäßig gemacht wird.

Alles prima! Top gelegen

Alles prima! Top gelegen: Zentral und trotzdem super ruhig, Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, mehrere Bäcker fussläufig in der Nähe, Einrichtung zweckmäßig, Stil jedoch Geschmacksache, alles vorhanden, aber (noch) kein WLAN, sauber. Check-In jederzeit problemlos möglich. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ebenfalls völlig unproblematisch, jedoch in unserem Fall nur über das Portal. Fazit: empfehlenswert!
