This cozy vacation rental, which accommodates up to 2 adults and one child up to 6 years old, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in its approximately 35 m² of living space on the first floor.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, a flat-screen TV (satellite), a DVD player, and a radio, so you can unwind wonderfully after an eventful day.
The adjacent kitchenette is fully equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A dining table with four chairs rounds out the furnishings.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The bedroom features a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a children’s loft bed (140 x 70 cm), which is ideal for a younger child. From the shared garden, you can access a private terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, so you can relax outside as well. A parking space is available for your car, and Wi-Fi is also provided. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Note on possible additional costs:
For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid this surcharge. Please note that bookings from June through September must be as continuous as possible.

If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be added to your reservation. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.

The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective vacation destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
