"This property feels like it is in the middle of complete privacy, yet is close to adequate shopping and dining. If you want alittle more life, it is reasonably close to Halifax and Lunenburg. The home is beautiful and restful. I cannot say enough how much we loved it, even in the pouring rain!!"

"This trip was to visit my long distance girlfriend for a week and this property was exactly what we needed. We are very thankful for Marvin not turning us away as our original Vrbo had been cancelled due to the owner selling the property. The cottage had everything we could’ve needed; we didn’t need to bring anything to cook or clean with, there was everything for doing laundry, plenty of space for the two of us, and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a small getaway!"

"The beds were for children only and not suitable for adults. There was no outside furniture to sit on or to eat. There were no curtains for privacy, no cleaning materials for dishes or spills. No coffee maker or dishes etc. The outside had not seen a lawn mower once this year. This was listed as a vrbo but is actually an arnb as the owner lives above the rental with access to the unit. Very disappointed with this listing.....this was NOT a vacation rental but more like an empty apartment...

"My stay at flowedge was fantastic in all aspects. The dome itself was furnished and fitted to a very high standard and well equipped for cooking some great food. I travel often for buisness so this was a huge breath of fresh air from regular dull hotels. Absolutely zero negative points for me. I will definitely be returning on personal time."

First I book this property with swimming pool with 6 bedrooms but when we reached after we know that pool not open because filters not working after that there is not hot water coming it was very bad experience. "We had a lovely stay with our family of 9. The house was clean and well stocked with everything that we would need. Spacious bedrooms with all the comforts of home. Beautiful property - we tried fishing and the kids enjoyed searching for shells on the shoreline. We also enjoyed the BBQ, fire table and arcade machine. The house is close to a grocery store, restaurants and other amenities. Gary (our host) was welcoming, kind, and helped us with any questions that we had!"

"The view from the front deck is so beautiful, I really loved having my breakfast and coffee there each morning. It had all the comforts of a nice cottage. It was a fairly close drive to Martinique beach, where we tried surfing. So many great memories made in such a short time. Thank you!!"

Day 1, stayed in property only for 90 minutes, as the bed was very uncomfortable and we could feel springs at the top, so we seniors could not sleep on it. We left the property and stayed with family. We knew we could not get a refund for the first day. Day 2, we requested cancellation of the rest of the stay, by email.
