「Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Haus. Es ists rustikal und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir wurden toll empfangen. Sie haben uns die beiden Wohnungen gezeigt und wie alles funktioniert- Hoftor, Spülmaschine, Licht für das Gelände usw. Die Kommunikation war wirklich einfach und unkompliziert. 「Unsere 4 tägige Jugendreise war in dem Haus richtig toll. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und alles hat soweit gepasst. Meines Erachtens könnte die Küche für 30 Personen, obwohl wir nur mit 20 Leute da waren, besser ausgestattet sein. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.」

「Fully recommend the apartment. The pool and view are fantastic. We had a lovely stay there. Deborah and Stephan welcomed us at the apartment personally. They were overall friendly and helped us with a lot of good tips for restaurant and nice places to visit. Thanks a lot to both of them and hopefully we will come back.」

「Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...
