"New hotel, so overall well kept and clean. Breakfast was good and included. Only thing to note, there is no elevator, and if you are unlucky like us and placed on the 5th floor, you will need to climb a lot of stairs! No AC either, only one fan, so at times was stuffy in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"The hotel is overall good but the pictures online look much better than the real facilities. We had reserved a suite with 2 rooms for4 adults and were surprised to see a single room equipped with a bed. The second room had a sofa bed only and even then it was missing bedding sheets, pillows and blankets etc. Upon calling the front desk they delivered the missing bedding necessities and set it up.for us, but this wasn’t the perfect staying experience I was hoping for. "The location was fantastic- close to the train station, castle, beautiful squares, and dining locations steps from the hotel entrance. The hair dryer did not work and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable but the mini split worked perfectly so the room temperature was cool and it was a pretty and large room. The breakfast was good."
