2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.

Great location, friendly staff, and close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Easy to get around on foot or by public transit. The hotel offers great views of both midtown and downtown. So many great restaurants nearby, with Little Italy, Chinatown, and Soho within walking distance. The hotel offers good discounts to guests for many nearby restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was 5 Personen brauchten. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen . Da an unserem Abreisetag keine neue Anreise war konnten wir uns auch mit der Abreise zeit lassen, dass kam uns sehr zu Gute.
