The room was spotless, perfectly matched the photos, and comfortably warm. The overall comfort was exceptional, and unlike many European hotels, they were generous with amenities — especially the free coffee machine in the lobby, which was a real plus. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful. It was an excellent stay, and whenever I come to Vienna, this hotel will definitely be my first choice

Hotel was well located with easy walk to most places we wanted to go. Breakfast was good and service was excellent. Staff were friendly and room was clean, modern and spacious.

The rooms are large and well appointed, including a large balcony with seating. The hotel is on the 5th and 6th floors, so an elevator up to reception. The breakfast provided lots of food options.

The reception and receptiveness to the needs of a client is something I look for and generally find indicative of the level of service and care a hotel regar. It areas to time for the hotel and communicates the
