Clean, spacious unit

We had a lovely time, unfortunately it rained every day, but the unit was clean and comfortable and the pool is nice.

Great spot

We'll for sure be staying here again. The unit itself is fantastic. You couldn't really want anything more out of it. We are a family of six and we were more than comfortable.The pool area had total resort vibes, the kids jumped and jumped off the private dock, and a small but sand beach a one minute walk. I don't get the people complaining about the check in process? The instructions on the email were incredibly clear, we had no issue. My only knocks would be that there was no propane at all for the BBQ. Pretty inconvenient to have 4 kids that just swam for 3 hours waiting for a cheeseburger and you gotta run out and buy a tank. That and the thermostat had a mind of it's own. But absolutely I would recommend this spot to anyone. Cheers.

We had a great time at this unit. The views were great. Saw some amazing sunsets from the balcony. View of the pool was nice. Check in and check out process was very easy. Didn’t realize the bedrooms were on the second level below. Wasn’t a problem but if you have a disability then going up and down would be a challenge. Few extra dishes (plates) would be helpful. Unit didn’t have Shampoo and Conditioner so take your own. A sturdier deck furniture would be bonus. Complementary bottle of wine was appreciated. Overall I would definitely this unit again.

A wonderful trip

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Osoyoos. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was great to have two floors to give a little more separation from the bedrooms. The pool is really shallow, great for little kids. The condo is located close to restaurants and there are a number of beaches close by. We would definitely come again.

Wonderful experience

We spent the month of April, 2023 in this rental and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had a little trouble figuring out the tv, as we don't stream much, but we figured it out. Osoyoos is a great destination with many restaurants and wineries to visit. We were there for the weather and though spring was later this year than most, it was still very enjoyable for us snow birds! Would definitely go again.

Just Like Home

The condo was great - super clean and had everything we needed (and then some) for our week-long stay. Rebecca & Gary have gone above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests and are easy to communicate with if you have any issues. Pool facilities and building are all well-maintained. They checked the chlorine and tended to it every morning. Safe neighbourhood and ample parking. It was nice having a washer and dryer. Bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Nice to have a separate balcony out the master bedroom that overlooks the pool. Also nice to have the sleeping quarters separate from the main living area. Only complaint was the downstairs neighbour (full time resident) was noisy and their main living area is right below the master bedroom. We spoke with them and they didn't realize we could hear them - they apologized and turned their TV down without issue. There were a lot of parties in the building but the on-site care-taker is on the ball if things get too loud during quiet hours. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great!

Great location and complex ! Master bedroom is a bit noisy with the AC so I would chose the other room next time ! Pool is definitely a kids pool. This is a great family complex . lots of children and young families . Would stay again .

We’ll be back!

Gary and Rebecca have put a great deal of thought and effort into making The Beach House an inviting, comfortable, and relaxing environment for their guests. Nothing has been overlooked! We had everything we needed for our vacation and the few questions we had were promptly addressed. The 2 level home was spacious and well kept, the pool and lake view were beautiful and access to the lake and dock (where we stored our boat), was right across the street. The villas are a good walk away from downtown OSOYOOS and made for lovely morning walks into town for coffee and quiet, peaceful, restful sleeps. I look forward to returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to my family and friends!

Family Vacation

Great location and lots of room for our family of 4. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was great. The unit could use some more linens (bath towels, dish cloths and towels). The kids loved the pool. The complex was quiet and great for families. Would definitely stay here again.

Osoyoos Lake

We had a wonderful time. The rental unit was very clean, modern and spacious. ( the photos on the VRBO listing don’t do it justice, much more spacious than we were expecting. The resort property is delightful and very well maintained. Lots of activities in the local area. Great for families of all ages. Our granddaughters were very sad when we had to leave.

Can't say enough good things about this condo. Great location, beautiful views from the 3 balconies. Well stocked with dishes, small appliances. Comfy beds. Well updated. Rebecca & Gary were quick to answer us back on any questions, will definitely be back again.

Top Quality Home

The Beach House is very well appointed and comfortable. We felt at home from day one. The house has everything one would needed. Our son and his wife visited the first weekend we were there and they were quite impressed as well. The condo has very fast internet and fully channeled TV with DVR. The first time I've seen Gun Smoke and Bonanza in years, I loved it. The host was great, very good with communication with us, we only had to contact Rebecca a couple of times but she got back to us very fast and was quick to resolve any issues we had. We had several good meals at home and out in the local restaurants. We were disappointed not to get to our favorite the Three Diamond but I was glad for their business they were completely booked the whole time we were there. There are several great wineries in the area and we visited and bought quite a few good bottles. Adega on 45th & NK MIP were our favorites. All in all we had a great time in Osoyoos, we walked to town every day and got great exercise. Lots of nice people to chat with. This was our third trip to Osoyoos and it definitely won't be our last. I'll definitely try to get the Beach House for our next stay! Highly recommended!
