"It is a clean and comfortable hotel. Very well located. Staff friendly and helpful. However, in the room, the bathroom door was made of glass and it was wider than the door gap so it hit the wall hard making a horrible sound. Also in the bathroom, the ventilator was making a high pitched squeaky noise.so overall rooms could benefit from some improvement. "

"Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior.
We had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but they insisted that our reservation did not include breakfast. I showed them the reservation details, and it was obvious that breakfast was listed as included. In fact, all room options in their system...

"The area is so amazing in the middle of the forest, 100m away from telefrik. you can approach the area by car. there are very limited options for food and very expensive, hence, it is better to have your food with you from Bursa. unfortunately the kitchen amenities are not that good, so try not to rely on heating the food"
