"After checking and settling on to our room. They gave a second key for the apartment to another party. They basically just open the door and walk into our room. Very concerning and unsafe. "

"There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Very disappointing overall as the property is quite rundown."

"This is a lovely house; it is superbly equipped and maintained and it has a great garden, full of evening sunshine. Everything about the accommodation was excellent, and we are really grateful to have been able to stay here. The village also offers exceptional activities. "Location: Well located in the centre of town and all the shopping and restaurants are a very short walk. Hotel: Very clean and modern. Quiet rooms that are spacious. Great breakfast included. Rooms: Very nice. Had roʻm with balcony which was nice. Room had plenty of space, very madern. Bathroom was large. Staff: Great and helpful especially when pro iding assistance to access the car elevator to thw parking. I would certainly stay here again."

"This is an excellent hotel. Felt way more expensive than it was. Amazing views, excellent restauarant (both the pub and the buffet). I wish we had tried the spa because it looked great. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and shower were the best I've had in a hotel in a long while. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was clean. There is paid parking at the hotel which you probably will need, and the only thing I would say is to let staff know if you have a big car and they will keep the space next to you empty if they can and you would struggle to fit otherwise. "
