Your 3-room apartment of 65 square meters on the 4th floor of the Alpes et Lac 40 property offers a spacious and bright interior with comfortable and beautiful furnishings. The living/dining room is large and features an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV, with an exit leading to the balcony. One bedroom has a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, also with access to the balcony. The other large bedroom comes equipped with another French bed of the same size and also offers a balcony exit. Please note that the last two floors are accessible by an external staircase.

The apartment's kitchenette is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, and extra Delizio capsules for the coffee machine.
