"The lobby area and rooms looked very modern from a distance, but up close everything was dirty. Our bedroom window had smears all over it. At breakfast, not a single table was cleaned off from the previous family who ate there. No clean towels when swimming at the (very murky and not heated) pool and when I requested a shower towel for my room, they did not have any available. Staff were not very friendly but also did not bother us. AC in the room never went cooler than 75 and had a forced hum all. night. long. Like the vent couldn’t pull enough air to keep it cool in there. From a distance, it was a good stay for what we needed. But over all, a poor choice."
