"I wrestled with whether to leave a review or not because, although our experience at this VRBO rental was very disappointing, I don't like tearing down well-intentioned people. I hope this review serves as a counter to the impression created by the high rental price, nice pictures, and decent rating score. "Beautifully renovated unit with all amenities including your morning coffee. Private sandy beach with fire pits, bbqs picnic tables and chairs. Only downside was no view of the lake from unit, but I will definitely return."

"Not a lakeside property, it's a bungalow house with no lake access. Property did not look like the pictures posted on the site at all. The house itself was nice in the inside with 3 small bedrooms. "The house was great, had lots of room and great decorating. Love that the bedrooms had space for your things alongside the bed. I would say this place is bare bones though, no dressers for your clothes, no side tables or lamps in all of the rooms. The beds were very cheap and the mattresses were uncomfortable (you could feel the springs). There were linens and towels provided but I’m not sure how deep a clean this place gets in between guests (found hair in the shower, hair on the toilet, floors...

"DO NOT STAY HERE. When we arrived, we were immediately met with a disturbing sight—spiders on the walls and ceilings in the kitchen and downstairs bedrooms. It quickly became apparent that there was a full-blown infestation. We notified the owner right away but received no response that night. "Our stay at Lenny's place in Barrie was just what we were looking for. The kitchen was stoked with all needed to cook. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Nice no fuss no muss place to spend some time, close to everything in town!"

"We loved this place but number one issue they were charging $16 for each trash bag and second so many rules about guest and spending time at property and they mentioned that after we booked the place.Other issue we couldn’t find towel there after 24 hours we found it in dryer and no second key in lock box for 2 familles. Overall place was so clean comfortable and nice."

"This place was perfect for our short weekend family trip away from the city! We brought our two dogs with us and we all enjoyed spending time in their space, especially their backyard. It was so well kept. Their pool was so much fun with the volleyball net, we were glad that it was still open during September! The place was also super close to a small beach down the rode and a 10 min drive from Innisfil Beach Park, I would definitely hope to stay at this place again."
