Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at "Ocean Watch Condominiums" such as the oceanfront pool deck, sauna, library, coin laundry, private beach access to the "No-Drive" beach, and one assigned parking space. There is availability for up to one additional vehicle in the unassigned lot but availability there is not guaranteed.

It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events. Ocean Watch is located in North Ormond where there is no construction allowed on the beach itself so all buildings are across the street from the ocean with nothing obstructing the view. All of the beaches in this part of North Ormond are all traffic-free as well. It's very quiet and maintains a serene, natural beauty. You'll rarely find a busy spot on the beach in this area.
Just down the street from Ocean Watch is Lagerhead Bar and Grill. This restaurant offers a great variety of craft beers and fresh food served with an ocean view. They have both indoor and outdoor dining and it's a great spot to walk to for lunch or dinner while at the beach. Just down the road in the other direction is a Circle K gas station that also doubles as a beach-rental shop. They rent many beach items including surf boards and boogie boards. Located a quick drive from the complex is Oceanside Beach Bar and Grill offering casual and quick beach-side eats. Located next to this restaurant is Bicentennial Park which includes nature trails, multiple sports fields, restrooms, covered picnic tables, a lookout tower, and much more.

Guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles here. One space is assigned in the garage and the other is unassigned. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
