「This adorable beach front condo is perfect!You need it, it’s there!! I took my 12 yr old granddaughter this time and she loved wading in the water and picking up shells. 「My wife and I spent a wonderful two nights in the oceanfront studio. Jim was an excellent host. The studio included everything needed for spending a day on the beach. Jim let us know the Falcon 9 rocket was to launch from Cape Canaveral Friday evening. We had an unbelievable view of the launch from the balcony of our room! I highly recommend this property!」

「Super comfortable and clean location that is ideal for you and your partner…or just you! Dog friendly too! Great location just steps from the beach that never gets crowded. Also a Circle K nearby that is great for any items you may have forgotten; or a needed beer run. Host were friendly and we had no complaints. We recommend this property and we’ll probably be back!」

「A cozy quiet spot just off of the seashore. At first it was just my wife and I vacationing, but a good friend was invited to come along at the last minute. The listing quoted a sofabed in the Livingroom but had been changed to a leather sofa, so no bed for our friend. He had to rough it on the couch for three weeks but seemed to adapt well! All in all it was a place that became our home and we wouldn't hesitate to go back again!」

Be careful of the security in the parking lot. The guy with the gray beard was very aggressive and looking for a confrontation.」

Never could get a straight answers on if it was even possible. Finally was able to get an answer after showing up at the property. Then the lady at the front desk of the Clarion hotel wouldn't let us check in early, even after showing her the email verification. 「They were very unfriendly, none of the benefits were available to us because we didn't own a timeshare. We had to reserve a random time slot for the game room, and the place was just not what we expected of it. My daughter showed up with a fever and the flu and they was no caring, above and beyond, anything to ask if they could do anything, etc. We ended up eating half of our stay and going somewhere else because it was absolutely awful. We will never stay there again.」

「Very nice accommodations. The studio is small but we knew that. Small but clean, FANTASTIC VIEW. Quaint little place and the staff does a great job of keeping the area clean. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to have some kind of privacy on the balcony. This room is in the center so if people were on the balconies next to us, we would literally be staring into each others eyes LOL —-but doesn’t really matter as the pros outweigh the cons “for sure”.」
