"The Water Street Hotel and Marina is a lovely place to stay. Very spacious rooms with full kitchen and a lovely balcony facing the river. While we were there, it was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area is also comfortable, clean and quiet. This was more like a condo than a hotel. I especially loved the lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. That was a nice touch. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and don’t forget to get your biscuit from the Biscuit Factory in the mornings. Just two blocks down the street. We will definitely stay here again. "

"A beautiful job of blending the historic with the new additions. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The billiard tables were an unusual surprise. All staff were helpful. Sitting in a rocker on the veranda was delightful. I was very surprised being this hotel is newly built and restored that the shower pressure would drop when another guest in another room would turn on their shower. Our last night the guests in the room above were noisy. We could hear their heavy feet and tv. The rooms are not soundproof."

"This was one of the best-maintained and most thoughtfully stocked rental properties we’ve ever stayed in. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed—from a great selection of appliances and cookware to an excellent washer and dryer.We especially appreciated the peaceful privacy of being right on the bay. With four children, space is always important, and this home provided plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Our family loved spending evenings watching the sunsets from the deck and taking full advantage of the pool, dock, and kayaks.When we ventured out, we enjoyed exploring the local breweries, fresh seafood, and nearby beaches. This property truly offers the best of both relaxation and location—you won’t regret choosing it for your next vacation."

"Super cute place. Host was great and great location downtown. I would just take the suggestion to have a few waters for the guests in the fridge. Getting back to the room in the evening most stores and restaurants were closed to pick up some waters. But very cool place. "
