A fabulous find for our family holiday
We had a wonderful week here in July. The accommodation was fabulous. It is often difficult to find an appropriate space for 3 adult couples with their own private bathrooms, but this was perfect. Together with the inside space, large living and dining area and really well equipped spacious kitchen, the accommodation met all our needs. We regularly cooked at home inside and outside on the BBQ using the local walnut shells as fuel as recommended by our hosts, accessing good supermarkets and local produce morning markets nearby (Souillac a 10 min drive away). Our host baked us a gateaux - noix, a local speciality which was delicious.
The ping- pong, badminton, boules, swimming pool with plenty of loungers and other games meant we always had something to do if not out exploring the river and neighbouring villages, and eating out too.
The location was rural and very tranquil and there were amazing sunsets to experience.
Our hosts were so welcoming, and provided good detailed information in advance of our visit and during.
