Our 12BR 10BA Luxury Villa located at Solterra Resort is a paradise located only a few short miles from Disney. Solterra is one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. During your stay, you will enjoy this perfect home that has been designed and decorated to provide your family an abundance of luxury amenities. Guests love our kid and family friendly homes with plenty of king beds. We proudly offer a flexible cancellation policy!
I am always available by text. We also have local property managers to assist you with your needs throughout your stay.

About 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, you will receive a Registration Packet from us that will provide you with critical information required to prepare you for your Central Florida Vacation. This is also the point where we will register drivers and guests at the resort and you have the option to heat your private pool/spa throughout your stay.

After you have completed your Registration Packet and returned it to us, you will receive an "Arrival Packet" that will provide you with critical information required to prepare you for your Central Florida Vacation. The forthcoming communications will include all the information you need to check in, access the house, parking logistics, property management contact numbers and enjoying the Solterra Resort amenities.
This Luxurious 12 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 24 people.

Guests love our kid and family friendly homes with plenty of king beds fresh linens and many amenities. We proudly offer a flexible cancellation policy!

Stay was great. Furniture was very comfortable throughout the house. Great location, easy to find and very responsive host. Would highly recommend. Things to note, normal wear and tear.We had issues with the upstairs dryer not drying properly and the food processor in the kitchen sink being stuck. Also, there is a fee to use the grill which was not noted anywhere that I could see. Wish we could have known in advance to plan accordingly.

What a beautiful House, we had everything we needed, the owner was great, I booked he called me we discussed my needs and he help with everything, from pool heating to the use of the Grill, the property manager was very helpful as well from the day we got there. Great stay, beautiful home, very local to the parks. We were in the area for a family reunion and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms suited our needs without feeling like we were over crowded. The game room upstairs was a hit with the young and old, especially the old school arcade games. There were a few small issues over our week long stay that were quickly resolved by the property manager, Dario. The owner, Craig, was great and very responsive to all messages.

Our family of 22 loved the house and had plenty of room. Only issue we had was the rude security guards at the front gate. Other than that the house was clean and had plenty of amenities for everyone!

Girls’ Trip

Eight of us stayed at the home. The home was beautiful and large enough to accommodate all of us to have our own bedroom and en suite. The pool area was nice with the hot tub. We opted for a heated pool and spa for the weekend and we all enjoyed that. Great communication with the property owner from start to finish. We had a wonderful time!

Christmas stay

Was quite adequate for our stay. Plenty of rooms & bathrooms. Everyone appreciated their ensuite bathroom. Pool heat was terrific, that does come with an additional cost. Host had prompt reply & response to any question or issues. Parking is a little crowded, but made do with what was available. Clubhouse pool was nice. Head staff guy needed a vacation, bit of a grouch. Overall it was a wonderful experience and lots of good time spent with family

The host, property manager and communication was great. The house is as described but does have some wear in being a vacation rental as I'm sure not every guest appreciates the time, effort and money that goes into vacation properties. The resort itself is nice but traffic is horrible trying to get to and from the area but so is the rest of Orlando. Parking can definitely be a challenge for large groups that may have multiple drivers but this is a resort issue and not so much on the host. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely use this host for future vacations.

We had a youth trip 28+. Everyone was comfortable. The house is just what online says. A Dream home.

The property manager, Craig has a lot of patience. The home is excellent. You will not go wrong by chosen this home. My family was well pleased. The pool at the house is just the right size. The clubhouse is a waterpark. I had misunderstanding with that arrival packet and the property manager took care of it without a problem I was well pleased. I do plan on returning. Parking was not an issue.

The house was perfect for our extended family. An en-suite for every couple and extra rooms for the kids. Pool was clean and just the right size for family fun. Craig and his management team are amazingly helpful and quick to respond.

Family Reunion

The house was the perfect size for our family reunion and the pool was ideal. The carpet was disgusting, especially on the stairs. The top stair was loose and wobly and the sink in one bathroom fell out of the countertop. Loved the large kitchen island with a lot of space for prepping and cooking.

Perfect vacay getaway!!

For starters, the communication & info received from Craig was top notch. He was overly communicative, responded within mi utes of me reaching out and provided a beautifully organized & detailed welcome packet for our stay! This was a friend reunion and we wanted a place with space (and boy was there plenty!!) The pictures of this property just dont do justice to what its like when you walk in the house! The house was also in a pretty central location; there was grocery, restaurants & bars all within a 5-10min drive, it was about 35/40mins from the airport and not too far from Disney & Universal! This property is definitely added to my list of favorites and the next group event we have in the Orlando area will definilty be here!!

Excellent Service

Craig in the house manager Dario are both amazing and came through in a short period of time and made sure that our trip was one of the best we ever had. We truly appreciate them!!!! The house was amazing, immaculate even!!!! We will definitely be returning again as guests in his home.
