The apartment was immaculately clean with great attention to detail. Staff were extremely helpful with any issues raised and aimed to make our experience as perfect as possible. Our every need was met in terms of of provisions to make our stay as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at The Folds as it was perfectly placed for visiting all the parks yet an oasis of tranquility in a very busy environment.

There isn't on site/continental breakfast. One pool. One hot tub. Couch is very hard, but beds are comfortable. Was clean. Smelled shut in at first but when we got the air going the smell disappeared. I would definitely choose the apartment option for a family of 5 over a single hotel room. Was very comfortable for everyone.

Great communication. Everything was new and the unit was very clean. Bedrooms are large. Perfect for families. Great deal for a 3 BR condo so close to the parks.

Room was clean and very nice! pool and hot tub were great, front desk and check in was easy and very accommodating. our only down side was our pull out sofa bed as we had 7 people in our group and had to use it. It was very lumpy and not comfortable. but other than that, we had a great stay! Thank you we will book again with you in the future!

The staff were amazing but I rated with 4 stars because there were ants in the bedroom, lights were working intermittently and one night the smell of weed was very strong

Good place for ideal location to all attractions. The A/C didn’t work in the master bedroom so it was extremely hot at night and they didn’t have any fans. The room needed a deep clean as well. Condiments (soap) needed to be restocked during stay as it dispenser was empty when we check in. Could have been a lot better.

This property has great bones for a family stay. Three bedrooms, a full living room, and a full kitchen gave us plenty of room to spread out, and the space made cooking for the group easy. The master bedroom was a standout — spacious, with a king bed and an ensuite bath and walk in closet. A few things worth knowing before you book:Living room furniture. The chair was noticeably dirty, and the couch was easily the most uncomfortable we've sat on — hard and impossible to relax into after a long day in the heat. If you're picturing cozy evenings watching TV, adjust expectations.Air conditioning. The unit works hard but distributes unevenly. The two secondary bedrooms were arctic — guests needed sweatshirts and extra blankets — while the master stayed warm. Closing the vents wasn't a real option: the airflow was so strong and loud that they wouldn't stay shut. We ended up raising the temperature so no one froze, which left the master too warm.Kitchen supplies. The utensils are bare basics. No measuring cups or spoons, so I eyeballed everything, which made some recipes tricky. Bring your own if you plan to cook anything precise.Overall, the layout and size delivered exactly what a family needs. With a comfortable couch, a cleaned chair, and a few basic kitchen tools - this would be an easy five stars.

The hosts were able to accommodate an early check in, which was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were great! Some things to note - the units are not all attached like a typical hotel so some have a bit of a walk to the pool, which for us wasn't a huge problem. Our one issue was we were in a lower unit and although the units were all very nicely remodeled, we could hear the people above us during the middle of the night, bouncing a ball, could definitely hear little children running back and forth for over an hour, and this was between midnight and 1am. Tried calling the main office for 45 minutes and no one answered. As I was traveling with young children, I could not leave them alone in the room and walk the 100 yards across the parking lot to the main office. When I called the office the following morning, I was told that someone is staffed and SHOULD have answered the phone when I called in the middle of the night so that was disappointing. I would have given 5 stars otherwise, location was great and I would stay again.

Unit was very nice and clean. We were surprised to find out it was a “hotel” managed by a front desk. Great check in and check out process but this wasn’t communicated to us prior. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Everything was updated and modern. Gave lower stars as unit was a bit loud as far as hearing other guests. The two front rooms were really cold and the king bedroom in the back was warm. Kitchen was very sparsely equipped. The internet was terrible. Gym was doable but really only for 2-3 people at a time. Overall, felt it great value for the money but felt it could use a few improvements.

We had a very nice stay. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was the a/c unit. It was very loud and the primary bedroom was several degrees warmer than the other rooms. All-in-all it was a great stay and we would considerate staying again in the future.

Excellent location and proximity to parks and restaurants. Very difficult to get a response from front desk which is required for checkin, especially if coming late in the evening.

Just so you know the smart Tivi in the bedroom master and living room can’t access to wifi at all. The air conditioner make loud noise and woke up my brother at 1AM. The door in my brother’s room can’t lock and my bedroom door just lock by itself one time. But the communication with the staff is great, they always response and come down right away. (Pool is public use we dont have private pool)
