Wow. NOT what you see pictured. Keep your shoes on- floor has not been mopped. Keep your luggage in garbage bags- there were multiple German cockroaches. The toilet acts like it was a bidet in a previous life. Door needs to be slammed shut to properly lock. Noisy beds, doors, neighbors… “quiet time” from 7 pm to 11 am. Everything is open from 11 am to 7 pm… I didn’t expect to be this let down. I have stayed in some places that I would question going back to, but this is a definite one to avoid.

Amazing 5star check in and I felt at home as soon as I checked in. We are a gay couple with our fur baby and checking in was amazing and the front desk treated us amazing to even the maintenance gentleman. I will be back because you guys treated us as family and we felt welcomed compared to your sister motel in the front were that manager ivy is rude and better then anyone else. We moved over here because we get treated like family not like customers.

Every time I do a review I like to give a compliment if I can but I am also known for giving it the hard truth as well. First off the staff is hands down the best here especially the one and only Marryann you brighten up my day even on my bad days. I always look forward to this awesome front desk worker. The rooms are kinda small some rooms air conditionera don't really work the best. They do offer smoking rooms as well here just gotta ask if you smoke other then that not perfect rooms but a great budget room for more money spent outside making loving memories that will last a lifetime

The property was off the road, and the parking lot had what we originally thought was homesless people in it every day going through the trash, turned out to be long term tenants of the hotel. We pulled in later after a night at Universal Studios and there were a group of people doing what I can only assume was a drug deal behind the pool, because the scattered when they saw my car pulling up. Every night the neighbors would pull their chairs outside and have a loud party with their music blasting, and their kids running down the halls WITHOUT SHOES! Apparently they don't go to school during the daytime because this would go on until at least 2:00 am EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! But here's the cherry on top of this dessert of a situation. We had rented 2 rooms, my boyfriend and I took the car and ran to Walmart real quick leaving my 17 year old son in our room, and our friend in her room. As soon as we left, the manager took it upon herself to let herself IN OUR ROOMS WITHOUT PERMISSION. at the beginning of the stay, we had requested " do not disturb " tags for the door, we were told nobody would disturb us, unless we requested a room clean before checking out. The manager took pictures of the room with my son in the room, WITHOUT MY CONSENT! When asked why, she said that her "boss told her she had to do it, and if I didnt like it, I could check out! " Thats how the short haired manager handled their business. My son should have commanded my dog to get her! Do not stay here!!!

The initial impression of this Motel 6 Extended Stay was actually great, but things went downhill fast. On my very first day, I spotted a German cockroach crawling on the kitchen floor. Finding a pest in the food preparation area right after checking in was an absolute dealbreaker for me, so I chose to check out immediately and stay somewhere else. It’s a shame because the place seemed nice otherwise, but kitchen hygiene is something I can't compromise on.
