We had a wonderful time at this house. It was clean and very roomy. We loved the pool and the hot tub. My only complaint was the lack of parking and no where for overflow parking at night. If the house sleeps 12 people, there should be more than 2 parking spaces available. The host was fantastic, responded very quickly to any questions or concerns.

Great 50th Birthday Weekend

Great house just missing some things

House was great. Very clean. When we got there we noticed a gate to get into the neighborhood and no one had told us a code to get in. Luckily a neighbor was walking by and let us in. Once we got into the house there was supposed to be a welcome basket with trash bags, soap, dishwasher soap etc. and there was nothing so we had to go buy that. Randomly the hot tub just drained to empty so we weren’t able to use that. Clean house but just seemed unorganized

Nice House

The house was nice and clean. We enjoyed the size of the pool. However, there is only parking for 2 cars at the house, which was a problem for us. Could use updated pillows and not all beds had fitted sheets on them, most had two flat sheets.

Shortage

Just make sure they have towels because we only had a select few not enough for our family of 12. We had to go purchase some a the nearby Walmart. I just think when you spend money on an Air B and B tissue, paper towel and soap.

The villa was great overall.....BUT!!!!!!!!!

The villa was great overall........BUT!!!!!! Yes it's May, but the weather got a little chilly at night......Soooooo I called and paid $67 extra to have the spa heated which never happened. Called the resort and because it was Saturday, and they're closed, and not consider an emergency nobody came back out!!! We totally would have enjoyed ourselves if the spa was heated. I read on the Rental Agreement that there was no parking on the street and only 2 cars for the driveway. I was difficult to navigate through the street in front and around the resort because of cars parked directly in front of our villa, and on the sidewalks. The noise/music was ridiculously loud at night. But I would come back!!!!😁

Stay

The home was very beautiful and spacious. However the downstairs room connected to the pool and loft smelled like a sewer. With 6 bedrooms there is not enough parking as we were informed to not park on the street. The garage was not accessible to our big party. The walls need a good wiping down and more trash cans are needed to accommodate a big party. I would definitely recommend this home to big parties with the hope of them supplying more parking advantages. I enjoyed my peaceful cozy stay. The staff replied in a timely manner also. Thank you

Not the best

Parking is not the best and the place they told me to park at, my car still got tow then I had to part two point nine miles away from my house, the numbers that they have to call for garbage it must not work on weekends which is ridiculous but the person who I was able to talk to she was very nice and kind an understanding of my concern I would not rent this house again but the house itself I give it a 7 out of 10

Great house!

We had a group of 8 people, the house was a great size, spacious and plenty to do. Every room had a tv which was great because all the kids were able to play all their different game systems. It also has good amount of towels a wash cloths. I suggest bringing your own pool towel. The pool is bigger than it looked an the outside pato is a great size with a good size table an furnture for all of us to sit at. We loved the privacy screen around the pool, it really made it more confotable to swim... The only complaint was the jacquizz was not warm, at points the pool was warmer but we still used it. This was one of the nicest houses i have stayed in. Everthing was very clean, kitchen had good amount of bowls plates and silverware, you could use a few more spatulas. There was only 1, an maybe some grill utensils, we went out an bought some. We had a fantastic stay! One other suggestion would be to consider getting a crock pot! We brought ares from home cause we made meals so we could swim an not worry bout cooking. This maybe helpful for you future renters to!

very nice stay. parking was limited. only 2 cars would fit in driveway.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. close to shopping and parks. spacious home with plenty of space to include bedrooms and bathrooms. take your own towels as the towels provided need to be updated. parking was limited.

Family vacation

We were 11 persons in the house during the vacation. We spent a great week, all together, being able to take avantage of the pool, pool table without compromising our privicy time with our individuel bedroom.

Family vacation from Pittsburgh

Our family enjoyed our stay in Florida at this property. The listing is even nicer in person. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels and beach towels as well. There was enough room for everyone to have some personal space as well as family time. Check in was fast and easy. I reached out via email and the property manager answered within hours. The property was in a very convenient location. Easy to get to the parks and Cocoa Beach and C as pe Canaveral. We would definitely stay here again!!

Hot hot hot (in a bad way)

The upstairs air doesn’t work right, and it never got below 80 degrees the last two days we were there. They also don’t allow guests to lower the temp down below 76 which is not that comfortable when it’s hot outside. I def would not stay here again. Guests are expected to wash the dishes but no dishwashing liquid was made available. No trash bags or hand soap either. We traveled from out of state and had to buy detergent, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid. All other houses I’ve stayed in provide such things. Would not stay in this house again.

Wonderful home

Loved this spacious house. Pool table was a hit with our family. The upstairs has a huge living room - just as pictured. So much room for the 10 of us. The outdoor pool was so nice and clean. The patio was so relaxing. Pots and pans need replacing. Other than that everything was great!

Excellent place to stay!

The house and location were perfect for us! We had a lot of room for all of us and the house was decorated beautifully! Would highly recommend. Only thing to note...if you plan to cook a lot at the house, there were not any Tupperware type things for leftovers. We mostly did sandwiches and ate at the parks so we were fine! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

House was exactly as expected, really nice

The house looked just like pictures. It was clean and everything worked properly. The only thing it could use is new carpet upstairs. We enjoyed our time here for sure!
