This 2,072 sq ft resort home is an excellent choice for families or larger groups visiting the vacation capital of the world and exploring Disney and the surrounding theme parks. Located in the peaceful, gated community of High Grove, the home offers a relaxing setting with great amenities and is just 9.4 miles from Walt Disney World.

A dining area just off the living room with seating for 6 guests, ideal for enjoying meals at home or doubling as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

A fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and everything required to prepare meals, including a coffee maker for mornings and a dishwasher for easy cleanups.

A breakfast bar with 3 stools for extra seating—great for quick bites or catching up on emails over coffee.

All bedrooms include TVs for added comfort and convenience. The home accommodates up to 8 guests:

Other Things to Note:

WiFi, Cable TV, linens, and towels are provided free during your stay.



We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items will not be replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.



The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.



The A/C unit can also be set to heat as well. We ask that you please don't set it any higher than 80℉.



There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.



The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. To request this service, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.



Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowe



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided within 24 hours before your arrival.
