We have strict HOA guidelines and cannot allow more than 14 guests (all ages) to stay overnight. This is enforced by security at the gate.

2 cars allowed on the driveway and 2 cars allowed on the street. Please set up a pool fence if you have children No hold dates for inquiring guests

Pool/spa heater costs extra at $35/day. Pets are not allowed for the safety of upcoming guests who may have severe allergic reactions.

Spacious and a quiet neighborhood. The back patio and common areas have plenty of space to group up. The host was very communicative and the location isn't far from many great attractions!
