Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed. Additional sleeping space is provided by a bunk, making it easy to accommodate up to eight guests. Freshly laundered linens are provided for your comfort.
Kitchen & dining
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics you’ll need. Enjoy your meals at the dining area or take your coffee out to the balcony for a morning with a view.
Outdoor living
Step onto your spacious balcony and take in the panoramic views of the Gulf. The resort’s beachside pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your convenience, and the BBQ grill is available for outdoor dining.

Stay active with access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, or unwind in the onsite café. The condo also includes in-unit laundry, air conditioning, heating, TV, and free internet. Essentials like shampoo, hangers, bed linens, and an iron are provided to make your stay easy and comfortable.
Pet policy & parking
This property is pet-friendly for one dog (35 pounds or less) with a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus tax, due at check-in. Paid parking is required: a one-time fee of $35 plus tax is due upon arrival at the front desk, allowing parking for two vehicles.

For your stay, we recommend bringing toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, laundry soap, coffee and filters, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, and sunscreen.

Located right off S Orange Ave and near the lake, you'll be just minutes from top shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Plus, with easy access to the I-4 freeway, commuting is a breeze.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around would be by car. Don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges!
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
