「I ordered this Hotel/ Motel in the last minute because it was close to the location I need to be.
I put a note on the reservation that I’m coming with 2 service dogs and also called to confirm it’s ok.
We arrived 7:40am and the guy on the reception told me that the dogs can be only in the room but not in the reception area! What the ****? In which World I’m not able to go inside a please with my service dogs? So we waiting in the car while my husband Doing the check in.
Around 8:30am we got room...
