Quiet Oasis in Lovely Neighborhood
We are 10 minutes south of downtown Orlando in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. ORMC, Arnold Palmer, and Winnie Palmer Hospitals are just 2.6 miles away, or 10 minutes by vehicle. Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away, and we are within a few minutes of all major transportation arteries. Universal and the Convention Center are about 20 minutes away and Disney is about 30 minutes.
The space: A Mother-in-Law Suite with a private entrance to a large non-smoking bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom overlooking the pool and hot tub. The room is large enough to accommodate an air mattress for children. Pool, hot tub, & laundry facilities available. Well behaved pets under 25 pounds are welcome with a daily $10.00 pet fee per animal and no more than two pets. Smoking of any kind inside is prohibited, but allowed within the screened pool area; cigars please outside.
Guest access: Private entrance direct to the mother-in law suite by access code to electronic lock, separated from main living area by a laundry room which you may use if desired. Contact Bunker at (407) 883-5399 for your code.
Parking: dedicated guest parking on left side of driveway.

Quiet and peaceful truly describes this gem. Centrally located in Orlando in a beautiful neighborhood close to a lot of great restaurants. Room is very clean and the bed is quite comfortable. The host Bunker is first-rate. Highly recommend!

Very relaxing and quiet location. This place is very centrally located with about 30 mintues tracel to pretty much everything orlando. While we were gone for pretty much the entire day of the days we were there. The additional amenities seemed to be a great additional touch that brought this together. Do give this place a chance, you wouldnt be disapointed.

The host was very welcoming and kind and also very respectful of our privacy. They gave us a great introduction to what to look for and they provided us a lovely experience and I’m truly grateful for how wellbeing they were. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I loved the fact that my pets were welcomed as well!

Beautiful neighborhood and home. The space was a mother in law suite connected to the main house with a laundry room separation. Very clean and quiet. We had access to pool and hot tub which was very relaxing. Hosts were out of town but family was there to assist and greet us. The only issue was the tv kept losing connection to the internet and after the first time, I didn’t want to keep bothering the host, they allowed us to check in at 2 instead of 4 being that our flight was early and we offered us late check out of Noon. The only thing we found odd was host mentioned a 15 fuel fee which I had no idea what it was for as the pool and hot tub were listed as an amenity and didn’t mention anything about a fuel fee if used.

Beautiful place and very comfy bed. We slept like babies. Didn't feel like we were away from home. Pool experience was amazing and host was very helpful. Will deffo recommend.

Mother-in-law suite is a big bedroom with TV, microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer access, desk & wingback chair. Bathroom roomy. If you need anything else you just ask. Owners were awsome!!
