Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.
Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.
Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).
Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
This single-level villa sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Two king master suites feature ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, and ceiling fans, with the main suite offering direct pool access, a rain shower, and a bidet. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while a Mickey-themed kids’ room has two single beds and a smart TV. A queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the family room provides extra sleeping space.
Outdoor living
Step through sliding glass doors to your private screened pool and spa, available year-round and professionally maintained. The spa and pool can be heated for an additional fee. The outdoor dining area and lounge seating make it easy to enjoy meals al fresco or relax after a swim. A private backyard, charcoal grill, and additional gas and electric grill options give you plenty of space to unwind and dine outdoors.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and essentials like pots, pans, and cooking oil. Brew a morning coffee with the Keurig or drip coffee maker, prepare easy meals with the air fryer or smokeless indoor grill, and gather around the dining table to share them. A charcoal grill is provided, and a propane option is available upon request.

Inside, the air-conditioned game room offers a 65-inch HDTV with streaming apps, pool table, and arcade-style games. Guest access & safety
You’ll have a private entrance, self check-in via smart lock, and free driveway parking for four cars. Two exterior security cameras (front and back) are installed for safety and do not face any interior areas. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are provided.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
