House was exactly what we needed for our stay! The only issues we had were the front bath not draining properly, there wasn’t a net in the pool cleaning tool, and the entertainment room with the pool table/air hockey table was in converted garage and was extremely hot (no AC and unable to open garage door to allow air inside).

Get Family Christmas Together

I booked this property for a family get together for a Christmas Vacation Getaway. We had 10 people total- 6 Adults , and 4 children ranging from 2-11 yrs old. The home was very accommodating for all of us. We spent most of our days at the Orlando Parks but did save one day to rest up before traveling back to GA. We really enjoyed the pool and game room and the location of the property. I would book again.

Perfect for us

Property was just as described. So close and convenient to Disney parks. We have no young children, but it would be a perfect place for a couple of families with kids. Beds were comfy, linens provided. We would definitely stay there again!

Cozy and Spacious

Everything went well. Very responsive when we had issues. A few minor upkeep things could be done (replace some light bulbs, level the pool table and replace the cues etc). But still a great place to stay plenty room for a medium size family. The kids enjoyed the game room. We'd definitely stay again if its available on our next trip down. Really good location!

Nice Home

First off, shout out to Robert and Lesley! The response to inquiries and requests were addressed in a timely manner after some nudging, and that was appreciated. We just had a series of unfortunate events around this stay, so keeping that in mind, I remained objective with this review. This property was nice for the purpose it served. There were a few bugs and dust bunnies, but overall not bad. Be sure to check the pool and spa for heating as soon as you check in -- ours was not on the first day. There is normal wear and tear on the home, cracks here and there. But again, nothing overarchingly terrible or uninhabitable. We hit a few snags during our stay, but it was a last minute trip so not really much to complain about.

House by the Mouse

We stayed a week at the House by the Mouse. It was perfect. Location was great with a short 10-15 minute drive to all Disney parks including Typhoon Lagoon. A little further to Universal, but we made it there in around 30 minutes. The house is extremely clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Check in process was super easy and all online. Lesley is great and very responsive to any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay with her again!

Great home

The property was in good condition and clean. Easy access to the Disney property. A minor maintenance issues (door lock on front bathroom didn't engage), but nothing that made our stay unpleasant. Thank you!!!

Thanksgiving week

We wanted a location that everyone would be comfortable and have their own room and space. Plus a nice pool and jacuzzi that we didn't share with hotel patrons. We were able to make a nice big family dinner and breakfasts every day! We will definitely go back!

Enjoyable Stay But It Could Have Been So Much More!!

We have just returned from our 10-night stay at this property. I'm going to review both the good and bad of the property. First of all, the good.... the property is in a nice neighborhood that felt safe and secure. It is very close to Walt Disney World, shopping and restaurants. The pictures listed on-line are accurate as to what the property looks like. However, this property is in desperate need of refurbishing. I'm sure this property was absolutely top notch at one time and could be once again with a little tender loving care. We did have a few issues while at the property and they were addressed in a timely fashion. The kitchen was stocked appropriately with utensils and appliances. Plenty of regular and pool towels. Now some areas where things could be improved. The pool area really needs some fixing up. The outdoor furniture, house siding and screens around the pool were covered in mildew. One of the little tables is so warped you could hardly put a glass on it without falling off. The fan over the main table is "duct taped" together and barely moved. There was a light fixture that was broken with just a bulb in it. Even the steps in the pool need recoating as they are starting to break. The door going to the pool area from our bedroom had a lock broken out and a hole just sitting empty. The painting/caulking throughout the house needs repair. The game room was so hot you couldn't use it. I have more to say but limited to character count. :(
