Great Vacation house for Family and Friends

The house was amazing! The bedrooms were awesome! The kitchen and living room were perfect. The only downer was that the pool was not clean at all. It was full of tadpoles and dirt. We couldn't use the pool at all.

End of Summer Getaway

We had a great time..the property was great. My only suggestion is to talk to maintenance or whoever picks up the trash. We were instructed not to leave lots of trash inside the house, but no one picked up the trash before our arrival, we had to call and then.no was picked up Sunday neither was poxkew was pickew

Has Potential

We recently stayed at this VBRO rental and while it has great potential for accommodating large groups, our experience was marred by several maintenance issues. Upon arrival, we encountered a number of problems. The back patio doors did not lock properly, which was concerning for our security. Additionally, the pool was dirty, and we had to call to request it be cleaned. Each room was provided with only one towel, rather than one per guest, and there were no pool towels available.Other issues included a broken microwave, a leaking fridge, and a clogged disposal, which took multiple calls before someone finally came to address them. To add to our frustration, we noted broken furniture and light fixtures throughout the property.To make matters worse, there was a loud party happening at neighboring properties on Saturday night, drawing attention from the police, including a helicopter. Despite the ruckus, the party continued until 4 AM when we left for the airport.While the space itself is great for families, it is clear that it is not well-maintained. I hope the management addresses these concerns for future guests.

Beautiful House

The pictures do not do this gorgeous house justice! It really looks even better in person! However you can tell some previous tenants didn’t take care of it because I had to inform the owners of several issues we noticed when we arrived i.e. broken blinds, broken dryer, broken doors, etc and the biggest problem was the roaches we kept seeing. If these few things get attended too, this is by far the perfect house.

Great Place but Hot Tub/Pool Broken

The house was amazing & suited all of our needs. However, one of the major reasons for booking the house was the hot tub & pool & we were unable to utilize due to the system having a major leak & heating issue. We communicated the issue but didn’t hear a response back until the following day, in which we had to depart. We were only refunded for the heating costs of the pool & a minuscule amount towards the entire booking. We were hoping for better customer service/compensation.
