Had a good stay but the house does need a touch up. There was some food and paper plates under the master bedroom bed and over all clean but a few items Under furniture carpet is pretty worked over and dirty but nice location and great amenities

We had a party of 8 adults and stayed for two weeks. The house is great: clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone, and close to the Disney and Universal theme parks. Every couple or single in our group had their own bathroom, which made it easy for us all to get ready and out the door for rope drop every morning. On the days we took a break from the parks, we had a great time relaxing at the clubhouse and pool area just a short walk away from the house. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions. There are also plenty of nearby shopping options for stocking up on supplies.

The house was beautiful with lots of room. We had 8 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. The bedrooms were very spacious and decorated nicely. Bathrooms were clean and the pool/hot tub was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was the adult favorite after long days at the amusement parks. Would definitely recommend this property.

We liked the location in relation to the airport and other activities but really struggled with the AC. We were not able to get the house any cooler than high 70s. Reported on the first day and they came and said there was no issue but they would return the next day…did not see them again. There was mold in one shower, broken toaster, jacuzzi didn’t work, a shower didn’t work, a broken soap dispenser, and a hole in the wall that looked to have been previously patched. Overall we had a great trip but would likely book other accommodations in the future due to the AC issue.

Nice villa, will stay again

Clean, spacious villa that was much better than other villas we stayed at in FL. Noted for 14 people, best for 12 unless you want to pull out two stow-away beds that would have made one bedroom tough to walk around. Good response from host when we informed them of issues - they sent out a maintenance man the next day to clean the dirty grilled left from previous guest; fix the clock; and brought over new knives and kitchen supplies. Teenagers had a good time in pool and hot tub. Minor issues - wifi instructions posted in villa were outdated; had to contact host for new ID & passcode; and QR and gate codes did not work.

Great Stay!!

We stayed for a week for a Disney Trip. We really liked the house and it was nice having a whole house to come back to after a 12 hours day at Disney. The owners were very receptive to our only request that the Internet was not working and they had it fixed the next day. Our only complaint was not something they could help, the houses are close together and there was a party at the next house that was very loud till about 1 am, luckily upstairs we could not hear it hardly except in the back of the house. We spend one day at the clubhouse pool and it got crowded but was still pretty nice, drinks prices were not that bad. Its a short drive to all the parks and there is a Target and a Publix very close. We would definitely stay there again.

Large house close to everything

This house was amazing. It is extremely large and housed our group easily. It is a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse and amenities. Check in and out was seamless. Great communication from the start. Extremely close to Disney, Universal, Sea World and all of the fun things our group wanted to do.

Awesome Home

The write up of this home does not do it justice. Amazing house, spacious, clean and the staff when there was a small issue resolved it right away. We felt safe- it felt like home to us. We would stay here again-loved it. The lazy river etc was great as it always is. We have stayed in this area a few times now and would go back in a heart beat.

I had apprehensions

I had some initial apprehensions about this place, as I wanted a perfect vacation for my family, but I’m happy to say it exceeded expectations! The property is huge and had almost everything we needed. A small starter set of essentials—like a few Keurig cups, salt and pepper, and coffee filters—would have been a nice touch, but these were minor details.The real star of the stay was the exceptional communication with the rental agency. They were quick to respond, very informative, and made the process seamless. One improvement would be having a single, easy-to-access sheet with all essential information, such as the door code, trash disposal details (in case the bin outside fills up), check-in and check-out requirements, and the QR code for the community center.That said, everything else was fantastic! The beds were comfortable, and the space worked perfectly for us. Overall, I’d give it a solid 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again!

stay in Disney world

The place is close the Disney world. But the house is not have salt, pepper, oil to cook. Not much of toilet paper for 12 people in 7 days. Not enough towel to take shower everyday. Its should have at least 4 towel per room.

Family vacation

Great stay right in the middle of all the fun! Disney and universal studios are very close . The clubhouse is close by and a great place with lots of fun things to do ! Would choose this home again !

Fabulous weekend

Had a great weekend with friends and family. The place was very clean very roomy and the private pool and hot tub was definitely a plus. We cooked on the grill and had a great time. The only downfall is that the upstairs gets up to 80° and doesn’t cool off until like three in the morning so it’s pretty warm to try to sleep. The kitchen could use some extra gadgets and pots and pans because everything we tried to cook stuck. Overall, we would definitely rent again, and I have already given out the info to other friends and family.

Friendscation

We stayed with a group of friends and their kids. Overall everything was great. We loved the resort, house, checkin and checkout process, etc. The only real complaint was just the amount of things provided in the house. We flew and tried to minimize luggage and cost, so we weren’t able to bring a lot with us. We also spent most of the time at the house, cooked all of our meals etc. It would have been nice to have a few more kitchen tools, small appliances, kids dishes, etc. and kid/family items like Highchair, toys, blankets, crockpot, etc. Overall though, great stay, and would definitely stay again.

Nice and homey

This house is great! Very convenient to a lot of activities! The only thing I can say is if you like to cook, the kitchen needs a few things. It doesn’t have any cookie sheets or casserole dishes, or a griddle. I went and bought measuring cups and spoons and left them there other than that the place was very nice.

Great Overall Experience

Loved the check in process wherein it could be handled prior to arrival. Property was overall in good shape and clean. The property could use a bit more care as the air filter was filthy. Also one of the rooms in the second floor tends to be a bit warmer than the rest of the house. I would rent the house again as it fit our needs and was just a delight.

Family Getaway

Plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms, lots of seating. As advertised. Clean. Plenty of space to be together or to have some solitude. Convenient to shopping and online deliveries. Pool area and hot tub very nice. Close to the club area, kids loved the water slides, miniature golf, lazy river.
