The Space:

After a day of exploring Orlando’s theme parks, you hear the soft splash of water and the laughter of family gathering around the poolside lounge. Evenings settle into a relaxed rhythm, with the option to heat the pool for a warm soak under the night sky. The house feels open, inviting you to unwind and reconnect in a space built for groups.
Sleeping arrangements
- Downstairs: two bedrooms, each with a king bed.
- Upstairs: one bedroom with a twin‑over‑queen bunk bed plus an additional twin bed.
- Upstairs: another bedroom with two twin bunk beds.
- Fifth bedroom: a king bed.
All beds come with linens, extra pillows and blankets for added comfort.
Bathrooms & laundry
Four bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials. A washer and dryer are available for mid‑stay refreshes.

Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.
Play a round of golf or revel in fine-dining at a top-rated restaurant. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guests reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
