The Space:
Sunlight streams through the windows as you stretch out, the house quiet and unhurried before the parks and pools call. After a day of exploring Orlando’s attractions, you step back into an open, relaxed space where everyone can unwind and reconnect. Evenings drift naturally here, whether you gather around the TV in the living area or dip into your private pool under a calm sky.
Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse offers five bedrooms across two levels, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. Downstairs, two bedrooms each feature a king bed. Upstairs, one bedroom provides a twin‑over‑queen bunk bed plus an additional twin bed, while another bedroom holds two twin bunk beds. The fifth bedroom includes a king bed. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets are supplied.
Living space & amenities
A spacious living area invites shared time with comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed evenings. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year‑round, and the open layout lets guests move freely between rooms. A smart lock enables self check‑in, while Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace support any need to stay connected.

A full kitchen anchors the home, giving you the freedom to prepare meals on your own schedule. Ample counter space and a dining table make breakfasts before park days or easy dinners after long outings feel natural. Bathroom essentials and a washer‑dryer are provided for convenience.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guests reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
