The refrigerator door trays was broken the grill barely worked on one side and was not cleaned good and neither the pool. But overall it was pleasant and relaxing.

Convenient location

Property was as advertised. The owner was very accommodating of us and some needs that arose during our stay. We loved the size and layout of the house. Absolutely loved the proximity to the parks!

" An Old Time House"

It was alot of things wrong. A few issues due to the hurricane unfortunately. My kids walked in and said "Who's grandma house is this?" The pool had alot of debris from the hurricane and they swnt someone out to clean it the best he could. The carpet is very old, worn out and dingy. The master bathroom had rust in the sink, and ants on the nightstand and wall. The blinds were worn out and broken.The refrigerator water/ ice maker wasn't working properly. The cable was out my whole stay, and they didn't have any apps to watch as a second option except on the living room TV. Rhe glass sliding door alarm was a pain for everyone to option to turn it off at all. Management did make some calls to straighten things out but wasn't able to get everything fixed in time. Management did make arrangement to make things right.at the end. Hopefully they'llcorrect all the issue...

AMAZING!!!

This home when I first walked in was so clean. The house smelled so good as well. The pool was very convenient and was kept clean the entire stay. I would highly recommend renting this property as the neighborhood was very quiet. 5 star rating. We will definitely be back.

Nice home for the price!

The home is very comfortable. The pool is great! A “cheat sheet” for figuring out the TV would have been good (we could not figure it out - it kept saying that the WiFi was not connected. The WiFi was spotty - not very strong of a signal. 1-1/2 rolls of TP for a week with 7 people was not enough. The house is dated and needs to be painted /updated but for the price it was a pretty good deal.

Very nice villa, good value recommend!

Good sized rooms, fully equipped kitchen, kids in pool everyday, lots of inflatables and pool toys, washing machine and dryer excellent. A little dusty including the aircon vents. No baking tray for chips, screws loose on drawers. Main grip which is minor is the squeaky internal door hinges!

Vacation

This home has all the comforts of being “at home”. A very nice place to relax at the end of your day exploring. The pool area is wonderful and got a lot of use! This home does need some updating and DETAIL cleaning.

Girl getaway

This house was given a 1 star review due to the lack of cleanliness. The air vents had about a years plus worth of dust on them, the walls had previous food & dirt on them, the garbage can in the kitchen had moldy food in the bottom of it, and the master bathroom toilet seat was BROKEN. Like sit down, hold on cause your going to fall OFF the toilet BROKEN. Seeing as how I was charged extra fees, cleaning being one of them, this was all completely unacceptable. Not to mention my daughters pillow cases in the spare room were STAINED from previous guests as well as the bed itself. Gross. This house is listed as a vacation get away home so as a guest I shouldn’t of been afraid to walk around barefoot or felt the need to actually clean the house while we were visiting.

Photos are Deceiving

We rented this property for the pool. It was full of leaves, stuff floating on top, did not appear the filter was working. Toilet seat in master bath was not fastened, cold air returns packed with dust. Side door to pool could not be opened, broken lock? Would not recommend or stay again.

Property is nice but needs thorough cleaning

The property and its location are very good. Weimmediately had issues with window blinds that slats were broken or missing in bedrooms that provided a lack of privacy until maintenance replaced most window blinds. Don't know how housekeeping or maintenance would have overlooked this issue. There is a need for a thorough cleaning. There were cobwebs hanging throughout the kitchen and walls. The air vents were crusty with dirt and grim which is not good for people with allergies as we have. It is amazing that a housekeeping team could overlook such disgusting areas. (I do have pics of them). The living room sofa was very uncomfortable as it was a sleeper sofa and the middle area was pushed up that you couldn't comfortably recline without the feeling of being twisted. This could be a really nice house with some upgrading. But for the money we paid...it was really disappointing even though we made the best of things.

Was everything advertised

I was so happy with your stay. Our check on was seamless, the staff was amazing. Our power was out not knowing who to call so we call office within minutes we knew what was going on. The property perfect distance from parks, we were able to ho home each day too rest and refresh. There was not a bug to be seen I was amazed. We saw lizards but kids loved it.

Checked in at the management office was told I would be emailed a code at 4 pm for check in to the house. 415 still no code so I called the office, employee states he must’ve forgot to email the code. Finally get into the house and it smells like cigarette smoke, the walls are stained yellow, there’s Scribble marks on the walls in most of the rooms. The handle on the sliding glass door to go out to the pool was broken so I could not open it. I called the management office to report it and was told someone would be out the next business day and I said that was not acceptable because how were we supposed to use the pool , he stated he would see if anyone was in the area and if so they could come fix it . Several hours later a maintenance man finally showed up to fix it which also took several hours to fix. The screen doors on the patio/ pool deck do not lock. The screens around the pool are all broken. The cable would not work in any of the bedroom s and there was no WiFi. Once again called the management office and they sent some one out they could not fix it. Not enough towels and wash cloths . There was a rat swimming around in the pool on different occasions during our week long stay.

Terrible Service

Had to call everyday I was there to try to get pool cleaned and water added so it was at the skimmer. Also Sent email to Management. Only to be given excuses that the pool cleaner was 3rd party. Not my problem I paid good money for the house and should not have had to clean a pool to use it.

Great Vacation House

Overall, great experience. There were questions I had during the stay, Maiinly I left 2 voice mail messages that DID NOT GET RETURNED!!!! Great House. Dryer Vent needs replaced, Trash days not recorded properly, found 3 different dates between Original handouts, contract handouts and in house information folder. NOT HAPPY that pool was not heated. I could find nothing in contract that there was an extra charge for heating pool.. Will stay again, but feel I deserve a partial refund for this lack of information.

Awesome Home!!

Great Home! Don't let the Green Carpet fool you. We are now a family of 7 and we had plenty of room for everyone. The place is a lot nicer looking in person than the pictures make it out to be. They had a different couch in there then the Granny Looking ones in the Pic's and they are very nice. Great location to everything and the house was very clean. We Also appreciated the Box Fans in all the rooms. The thermostat is locked to 70 as the lowest and my family normally likes it 68-69 so the Fans did help! The pool was great also the BBQ area was great as well & we really liked being able to park our SUV in the clean garage! We will defiantly look at this place again next time we are ready to come down to Disney area!

Halloween Horror Nights Vacation

My family enjoyed the house and the pool was wonderful. Everything was clean and organized. We had plenty of room. Having box fans in each bedroom was a very nice surprise. We had a great time.

Beautiful house, wonderful vacation!

My husband and I rented this house for a 4-day weekend to celebrate his birthday. I chose this house because of the screened-in pool. We did not have any plans to visit the numerous parks, but the house is close to most of them. There are 4 bedrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, cable and a DVD player. My husband appreciated being able to park his car in the garage. The house was immaculate. I know this is Florida, so I expected the normal critters, but we only saw 2 roaches. That's good. The pool was clean, too. The only issue was that someone had removed the DVD player cable, but the office sent someone over within 15 minutes to bring a new one. The neighborhood was quiet and there was no traffic. There's a Super Walmart 2 miles away and lots of restaurants close by. For less than the price of a hotel room, we had a nice house to ourselves and a private pool! You can't do better than that!
