Overall it was a nice experience and vacation. It was big, enough rooms, great decor, plenty to do in the house. The theater is great. The karaoke was fun, could have better mics. The kitchen is clean and has everything you need.
However, when we got to the house, the outside area had not been cleaned, there were cigarette buds and ashes, furniture was dirty, moldy and out of place, the basketball was moldy and broken, the pool was cloudy. We called and throughout our stay different people came to clean and fix things. Not what you want during your stay.
The Foosball never worked, it was broken, no ping pong balls, no ball for bowling, one arcade game was out of order. I had to pick up ping pong balls at management office, and they brought the bowling ball the next day, along with a better basketball.
Some comforters smelled really bad and we had to wash them.
Even though they were attentive to my calls, it was annoying having to call everyday and following up. I would have expected for everything to be in order. But, with all of this, I would stay here again, I recommend reaching out to owner and making sure everything is working before you arrive.
