The Space

Welcome to your modern family getaway in the heart of Kissimmee! This stylish two-story townhouse is designed with both comfort and fun in mind perfect for families, groups, or anyone visiting the world-famous Orlando theme parks.

Inside, you’ll enjoy a bright, open-concept living and dining area with air conditioning throughout ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. Watch your favorite shows on the large Smart TV or cook up a family meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and everything you need to feel at home.

Step outside to your private screened patio with a heated pool, sun loungers, the perfect spot for a Florida evening under the stars.

Upstairs, the fun continues in the PlayStation-themed game loft, complete with a huge Smart TV, PS5 console, a hit for both kids and adults!

As a guest, you’ll also have access to Solara Resort’s world-class clubhouse, just a short walk from the home. Enjoy a resort-style pool with cabanas, a kids' splash pad, a flow rider surf simulator, fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, a Soccer Filed, a game room, and even an on-site restaurant and bar everything you need for a full day of family fun without ever leaving the resort!

Bedrooms & Bed Sizes

This home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests:

- Master Suite 1 (Downstairs) – King bed | Smart TV | Access to hallway bathroom
- Bedroom 2 (Upstairs – Mickey Theme) – Two twin beds | Smart TV | Kid-friendly Disney décor
- Master Suite 3 (Upstairs) – King bed | En-suite bathroom | Smart TV
- Bedroom 4 (Upstairs – Super Mario Theme) – Two full-size (double) beds | Smart TV | Game-themed décor

Each bedroom includes comfortable bedding, fresh linens, and a Smart TV, ensuring a relaxing and private retreat for every guest.

Located just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot, and more plus countless options for shopping, dining, and golf this home puts you at the center of the magic while offering all the comforts of home.

Whether you’re planning a theme park adventure or a peaceful family retreat, this fun-filled, family-friendly Solara Resort townhouse has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating is optional for an extra $35 (Tax Included) per day and this must be requested at the time of the booking or at least 3 days prior to check in.
Pool Heating stays on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 5 days straight.
Heater Machine temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees.
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a hot tub or a jacuzzi).
The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating from January to May and September to December.
Kindly inform us if you want the pool heating and we can add the amount to your reservation, we can send you a payment request after you complete your booking.

-BBQ grill use is available by request for a $55 cleaning fee.
The grill is provided clean; propane level is not guaranteed.
Guests are responsible for propane refills if needed.

My family had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for Christmas 2025. I must say that host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my family was comfortable. The host was communicated quickly when we had a question and the resort is absolutely beautiful. For future trips I will look to see waht Luis has available before booking with anyone else. 10/10 I highly recommend!
