Check in at the front desk upon arrival to receive your resort wristbands to access the security gate as well as the resort's amenities.
Each guest staying in the unit will also receive a towel card at check in. Use this card to check out a pool towel at the entrance to the pool. Return the towel when leaving the pool and your towel card will be returned to you.
