2. Trash pick up is on Mondays, Recycling is on Fridays. Please take the trash bin Sunday night and/or recycle bin Thursday night to the curb.
After you check out, If extra cleaning or any missing item was noted, guests will be charged additional fee of 100 minimum.

We loved the house!!

House was clean and welcoming. Loved the little touches like towels made into swans, etc. owner was easy to get ahold of and promptly responded to our questions. We loved the privacy fence around property also. We will be back. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Florida.
