- POOL HEATING*** There is a fee of $40 a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Jacuzzi only heating at $15/day. Please notify the host in advance prior for better service.
- Early check-in/check-out are available for a $40/hr fee
- There are NO parties or events allowed at this property. Any parties will result in a minimum fine of $1,000, and will be asked to check out with no refund.
- ***PET POLICY*** We allow pets with a pet fee of $75 per pet- Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed- Must notify and get approval from the host in advance!
