Bad management
This property is in a prime location. The problems we experienced speak volumes about the management team. To whom it may concern, this was an email I wrote to them.
I arrived today to not the best circumstances in the property we rented. First our code didn’t work to get in so I had to call and get a new code. Next we walk into a chemically smell in the property, the. We walk through and find dead bugs along the corners of the room. Then there is a liquid laying in the grout lines of the kitchen area, no idea where it came from, while looking at that we find a earring back on the middle of the floor. Then we noticed little ants in the kitchen everywhere. I called to tell them about this and the representative was not incredibly helpful, when I asked them to help resolve the bug issue and what the chemical smell was in the condo he said we will have someone take a look but gave no time frame. When I told him this needed to be resolved or we will need a new location and or a refund, he stated he will not do that. In the master bedroom bedside outlets for some reason the top outlet near the balcony doesn’t work. This is all on day 1. Curtains in the master bedroom were ripped.
Their response was everything should be fine. Didn’t want to address the issues.
